The horse racing week ahead
It's that most wonderful time of the year, no because of Christmas, but because the Tingle Creek meeting at Sandown is this weekend. It is one of my favourite meetings of the year and I have made the annual pilgrimage to Esher for more years than I care to remember. This year we might get to see Shishkin, Greaneteen and Edwardstone which would give us a Christmas cracker of a renewal if they all show up.
There is actually a lot of horse racing scheduled this week and alongside top-class action at Sandown Park Friday and Saturday we also have a good card at Aintree over the weekend and there are a number of Fast-Track Qualifiers for the All-Weather Championships this week as well. Fairyhouse stage their Winter Festival over the weekend out in Ireland and dual Champion Hurdle winner Honeysuckle is set to make her return in the Hatton's Grace when she bids for a record fourth win in the race.
I will naturally be focused on the Tingle Creek meeting but there are a few bets possible this week so do keep checking back as any that do get placed will naturally be found on here first.
Be lucky
