The horse racing week ahead
It's a quiet day or two to start the week following a busy weekend. Saturday wasn't to good with just the one winner but I found a couple on Arc Sunday, including the Arc winner Alpinista at 6-1 ante-post, so that was a decent day and a few quid pocketed on the afternoon.
It's that time of year that the Flat winds down and the Jumps game starts to takeover and Friday is a busy day in both codes. The two-day Dubai Future Champions Festival begins on Newmarket's Rowley Mile with the feature the Group One bet365 Fillies' Mile. On Saturday they have the Cesarewitch Handicap and Group One Dewhurst Stakes. Chepstow hosts what is titled the Jumps Season Opener over the same two days and a few familiar names will be out over the sticks.
I am already on Run For Oscar for the Cesarewitch at 10-1 each-way, generally 8's now, and I remain happy with the bet. The rest of the bets for this week and the weekend will of course be found on here first so do check back.
