The horse racing week ahead

Firstly the bad news,  the meeting at Lingfield Park is off today due to a waterlogged track and Chelmsford City have had to abandon due to significant damage caused by Storm Eunice. Market Rasen's fixture on Tuesday must pass a 4pm inspection today to go ahead it is very heavy going there by all reports.

Despite the weather there is quite a bit going on over the next few days, all being well, especially out in Ireland with Navan and Punchestown both hosting Graded events in the first half of the week. There's action from Meydan on Friday in Dubai as the Carnival heads towards the two big meetings in March, Super Saturday and Dubai World Cup night. Kempton is very much centre stage at the weekend here in the UK with three Grade Two races and a Grade Three on Saturday plus at Lingfield on the All-Weather we have the Listed Hever Stakes and Group Three Winter Derby on an action packed afternoon. I don't have any fancies for Monday but unsurprisingly there are some bets planned as the week goes on and and you will be able to find them right here first.

Be lucky
