The horse racing week ahead
This is not the sort of statement you want to make, or read, but in truth the horse racing for most of this week really aint that inspiring and nothing is really getting the juices flowing for me at this time.
We do have the latest instalment of the Dubai Carnival on Friday with the G.2 Singspiel Stakes, won in recent years by Benbatl and Dream Castle, the highlight on week five. There is some fairly decent stuff from Newbury and Warwick at the weekend to look forward to as well all being well. At Newbury two-time King George winner Clan Des Obeaux could run in the Grade Two Betfair Denman Chase whilst the Grade Two Kingmaker Novices' Chase at Warwick may see Edwardstone in action preparing for the Festival; both are likely to be pretty short-prices if they run mind you. Third Time Lucki is also entered at Warwick but surely won't run having won at Doncaster a few days ago.
Any bets I do place will of course be posted on here so keep your eyes open for updates.
Be lucky
