The horse racing week ahead

It was a winning weekend for Triple G, always nice, and another winning month in September making the 2019 running total +115.15 to level stakes. So far so good as they say.

With respect to all the other horse racing this week it all builds to Sunday and the Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe. I will deal with the big meeting out in France later in the week but regular readers will know I am already on Enable at 6-4 placed in July and Ghaiyyath at 16-1 each-way placed back in April. Enable was out on the Limekilns Monday morning and reportedly Frankie Dettori coaxed his mount five lengths clear of regular lead horse Crossed Baton over seven furlongs.

No bets for me today but there are a couple of possible punts as the week goes by so make sure you check back every day.

Later in the week, Ascot has decent cards on Friday and Saturday plus Newmarket has Sun Chariot day on Saturday as an aperitif to Sunday and Longchamp.

Be lucky
