Randox Grand National Festival at Aintree – day two best bet
For what my opinion is worth, day two of the Grand National Festival at Aintree on Friday isn’t as exciting as Thursday or of course Saturday. There is plenty to tempt you in if you fancy a busy afternoon in the Bookies but it looks like a punting minefield to me. I am having just one bet.
Best bet for the horse racing at Aintree Friday 14th April
I tipped Luccia for the Grade Two 2m1f Jack De Bromhead Mares' Novices' Hurdle at the Festival and she was disappointing in truth finishing fourth, probably too keen for her own good. I thought it would pay dividends for connections sticking to her own sex there rather than having a go at something like the Supreme; what do I know! She lines-up in the 2m Grade One Poundland Top Novices' Hurdle at 2.55 and I am going to give her another chance. She is the only mare in this field so gets the 7lb allowance and De Boinville should be able to get her in a decent position with a little cover early with a few in here likely to want to lead. I am convinced she is better than she showed at Cheltenham and hopefully she will prove me right in this. I have the 9-2 this morning BPG. Irish raiders Found A Fifty and Inthepocket are feared.
Be lucky
