A pretty good Royal Ascot for Girdys Gee Gees with a profit to level stakes of +7.94.

Australian sprinter Redkirk Warrior is reportedly set to run in next month's Group 1 July Cup following what can only be described as a flop in Saturday's Diamond Jubilee Stakes. Merchant Navy is a likely runner in the July Cup before returning to Australia for stud duties, while Godolphin are also mulling over whether defending champion Harry Angel will run having been beaten at Ascot again – he has an injury described by trainer Clive Cox as ‘a cut on his near-hind fetlock, which is deep, and on a joint’ and is far from a definite runner.
