Best bets for the horse racing at Kempton Wednesday 15th January

This first at Kempton on Wednesday is due off at 4.30 for the evening meeting.

I will be having an interest firstly in the 5.30 the 100% Profit Boost At Handicap over one-mile. I put up Holy Heart back on the 3rd when second at Chelmsford City. I said at the time of the John Gosden trained 4yo that the form of his Kempton win had been franked with the second and fourth winning since and reportedly he has been doing some good work on the Al Bahathri Polytrack. He was collared close home and it is hoped he can get a cracking position out of stall 2 in this and hold off all challengers this time. I am on at 7-4. Sun hat is feared with Ryan Moore on-board.

They go over 7f for the 32red Handicap at 7.00. Exchequer loves it here, three-times course and distance winner and won over six last time. Though this would require arguably a career-best effort the eight-year-old chestnut gelding could well have the run of the race if bouncing out of stall three and could make every yard. I think he is worth a punt at 3-1.

Be lucky
