Charlie Appleby has a couple if unraced two-year-olds making debut on Wednesday and I think one should be backed.
Best bet for the horse racing at Sandown ParkThe colt Goldspur had a couple of entries this week and goes in the 2.35 the mile Time Test EBF Novice Stakes. A son of Dubawi he is out of the G.2 Lancashire Oaks winning mare Pomology and even though William Buick appears to have chosen Nations Pride (the other Appleby one that runs at Yarmouth) I think this one has the best chance of the two, at least on paper. I have taken the 11-4 overnight as I think a few quid will come for this one. Wolsey is another making debut that might be worth a watch whilst of those that have run Army General is feared most.
