Best bet for the horse racing Thursday 15th September

The one bet on Wednesday obliged  am happy to report after the run of second and thirds I was on. I fancy just the one again on Thursday.

Best bet for the horse racing at Chelmsford City

I have tipped Appointed One twice and on both occasions he hasn’t run. He was a non-runner at Wolverhampton in August and then I tipped him at Sandown overnight for Friday 9th which was of course the day after the Queen sadly passed away and all racing was abandoned. He will run on Thursday in the 5f Redrow Homes In Aid of EHAAT Maiden Stakes at Chelmsford City due off at 6.00. He was a promising second on debut here at Chelmsford City over six back in July from a wide draw and as I mentioned previously is the first foal out of Endless Charm, a 6f A/W winner in her day and by Exceed and Excel that top-class sprinter and champion sire in Australia so he should pocess some speed. The draw hasn’t been overly kind again, breaks from stall six of eleven, but William Buick is here to ride and this colt looks his best mount of the evening so it is assumed the team at Moulton Paddocks fancy his chances. All being well it will be third time lucky for me tipping the chestnut as I am on at 15-8. Woolhampton has been in better races than this, including the Listed St Hugh's Stakes at Newbury, but remains a maiden after six starts and might be one of them that catches the eye all the time but rarely gets her head in front. She gets 5lb from the colts and is feared but I am prepared to take her on especially as she is drawn widest of all.

The bookies opened up Wednesday afternoon 13-8 the pair, they simply aint got the balls they used to!

Be lucky
