Best bet for the horse racing Monday 4th April

It's not very spring like weather today, though I suppose April Showers and all that, but it feels more spring like with a meeting at Windsor on a Monday; not the evening meeting yet but still it feels like the Turf season has started now. I fancy one over on the banks for the River Thames.

Best bet for the horse racing at Windsor

The one I fancy was noted on debut at Kempton last month when third and is the Charlie Appleby trained chestnut three-year-old True Accolade. Somewhat green there over the 1m3f he pulled quite hard at times and eventually faded into third. He was far from knocked about by Buick and you would expect will have learnt from the experience and should progress. The 1m2f of the Cazoo Novice Stakes on this flat but turning track with a long run-in should suit and hopefully stop him from pulling too hard; the hood goes on. I am on at 6-4 this morning BOG.  Salvator Mundi was fourth in the race at Kempton and can follow home the selection, he races here in preference to an entry at Pontefract tomorrow.
Be lucky
