Best bet for the horse racing Monday 19th December

Following a Saturday of no action, how frustrating was that especially as I had three at Lingfield that I really fancied, we will get some horse racing on Monday. One that I tipped recently to win is out again and should be backed again.

Best bet for the horse racing at Kempton Park

Tagabawa won on debut at Wolverhampton last month, tipped on here, and can make it two wins from two starts by taking the mile British EBF Future Stayers' Novice Stakes at 12.50 - I also tipped him at Chelmsford City last week in the meeting that was abandoned.  A son of multiple G.1 winner at two and three New Approach he is out of Group winner Tasaday who herself was unbeaten in three starts at two in France. She has already produced two winning foals, both 110+ rated. Having missed the break he slowly progressed through the field at Wolverhampton to win easily in the end looking like a horse to follow. He has the penalty here but that shouldn't inconvenience him too much, I am on at Evens this morning. There is another reason the race interests me and that is Wigmore Street, owned by Michael Tabor, and making debut for the yard of Simon and Ed Crisford. By American Pharoah, who needs little introduction, he is out of Marylebone a mare trained by Todd Pletcher in her short racing career who was sired by Breeders' Cup Juvenile winner Unbridled's Song - this one's pedigree is all about Dirt. It will be fascinating to see how this one goes and how they campaign him - he was also due to run in the race last week that was called off.
Be lucky
