It's been a very quiet week for me, just the one disappointing bet at Wetherby on Wednesday. I am having a go on the All-Weather Friday over in the Emerald Isle at Dundalk in the lucky last.
Best bet for the horse racing at DundalkThe two-mile William Hill Pick Your Places Handicap on the Polytrack at Dundalk is the sort of race I often run an eye over and move on quicky but there is one running that I have tipped a couple of times before that hasn't been seen for a while. A full-brother of G.2 winner Dartmouth Kingswear has top-weight to shoulder but back in early 2020 looked like being a decent type and won on his second start in eye-catching style. He won once more that year that year on his fourth start and then wasn't seen again until February this year in Meydan. My notes from February 2020 reading 'backed on debut when fourth. Backed again on 2nd start when he won 10l hard held. Big good-looking bugger.' Clearly has had his problems and left the yard of Charlie Appleby to move to Dennis Hogan after that run. Up in trip here, he did win over 1m6f at Chelmsford City, a big run wouldn't surprise me and at 18-1 with Power I have had to get on each-way 4-places.
