Best bet for the horse racing at Sandown Park this evening

I tipped Royal Symbol on debut back in December 2021 when he won at Kempton showing real guts in a three-way finish against two experienced rivals and have been waiting for him to come out again ever since! The son of Sea The Stars is finally back on track in the 1m2f Darley British Ebf Novice Stakes at Sandown this evening due off at 7.15. The form of his one run has worked out very well with six winners coming from the race, several now rated in the 90's and above, including Sea Silk Road who has won at Listed level. He has been gelded and had a wind op since his debut run back in 2021 and it is surely significant Godolphin have persevered with him for 17 months without a run. I am on at Evens this morning. 

Slipofthepen was also on my mind at the meeting but the Listed Heron Stakes has cut-up somewhat and in such a small field the Kings horse is odds-on and unbackable on his Turf debut following a couple of All-Weather wins at Kempton.
