13 Nicky Henderson-trained horses set to take part in a racecourse gallop at Kempton on Tuesday

JCB Triumph Hurdle favourite Apple's Shakira is one of 13 Nicky Henderson-trained horses set to take part in a racecourse gallop at Kempton on Tuesday.

The JP McManus-owned filly, who is three from three over hurdles for Henderson, will be joined by the likes of My Tent Or Yours, Brain Power, L'Ami Serge and On The Blind Side in the exercise on the all-weather track at the Sunbury venue.

Henderson said: "Obviously we worked three (Buveur D'Air, Might Bite and Theinval) on Saturday and the plan is to take Apple's Shakira, Brain Power, Burbank, Days Of Heaven, Kilcrea Vale, Thomas Campbell, L'Ami Serge, Style De Garde, O O Seven, Fixe Le Kap, On The Blind Side, My Tent Or Yours and Gallahers Cross down, but that is subject to variation."

He went on: "They will work in three sets like they usually do. It is a day out for them and Saturday (at Kempton) was exactly what we wanted to do with those three. You can fix gallops and the success of a fixed gallop is if they all finish together, so to me Saturday was a success. The only issue we have is the weather, but the intention is to start work at 10.30am. The most important person in all this is (Kempton clerk of the course) Barney Clifford. He let us take the three after racing on Saturday, we are going again on Tuesday and he is preparing the all-weather track for National Hunt horses. He has been a star."
